These terms cover The Fun Internet itself. The websites we send you to are separate places run by other people.

The service

The Fun Internet is a discovery service operated by My Digital Hero Consulting LTD. It selects links to publicly accessible third-party websites. We may add, remove, reclassify or change destinations and features at any time.

Third-party websites

We do not own or control the websites we link to. Inclusion is not a guarantee, endorsement or warranty. Websites can change ownership or content after we review them. You are responsible for deciding whether to interact with, download from, buy from or provide information to any third-party site.

Safety and reports

Every destination is reviewed before it can appear, and we try to exclude obviously unsafe, unlawful, adult, spammy or inappropriate destinations. No catalogue can guarantee that every external site remains safe forever. If something looks wrong, use the Report function and we will review it.

Submitting a website

You may submit a publicly accessible website for consideration. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. Please do not submit unlawful material, malware, pirated content, adult content, deceptive sites, tracking traps or content you know infringes another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The Fun Internet does not claim ownership of third-party websites or their content. Our catalogue stores links and our own metadata. The Fun Internet name, design, code and original copy remain the property of their respective owner or operator unless otherwise stated. Catalogue acknowledgements live on the Credits page.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Digital Hero Consulting LTD is not liable for loss caused by the content, availability, security or conduct of an independent third-party website reached through the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Removal requests

If you operate a site listed here and would prefer it not to be included, email funinternet@mydigitalhero.co.uk with the URL and we will review the request.

Operator and law

The Fun Internet is operated by My Digital Hero Consulting LTD, company number 11630214, with business correspondence at 5 Saint Nicholas Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 7PX, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
